Return & Exchange

Do take note that online orders are not eligible for refund but only exchange of an unsuitable sizes or if the products are defective or damaged within 7 days after receiving your items.

Exchange Requirements:

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to return/exchange a product:

1. To start a return, kindly email to us at thelocalracksg@gmail.com with pictures of your purchased product and receipt. Kindly ensure product is covered with an external packaging (poly mailer bag/shrink-wrap/plastic bag) and avoid pasting any labels on the manufacture packaging.
2. You can make an appointment to bring your purchased items to be exchanged. Address will be provided once return request has been approved by us through return email.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

       

      Exceptions / non-returnable items 
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and apparels. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
